6. Terms & Conditions

Please review and accept the terms before submitting your order.

By signing this Service Order Form you accept and agree to be bound by Lightspeed's Master Services Agreement (MSA) terms and conditions without limitation, including payment of all activation fees, deposits, and equipment charges stated in this form.

This Service Order Form and the MSA constitute a legally binding agreement upon signature by an authorised representative of the Customer.

Termination: In the event of early termination, the Customer is liable to pay a Termination Fee equal to the monthly charges for the remaining service term. Any deposit held by Lightspeed may be applied against this fee.

Fair Use & Data Cap: All plans are subject to a monthly priority data cap. After the cap is exhausted, speeds are deprioritised, not disconnected. Top-up data can be purchased at the rates listed above.

GST: All charges are quoted in Papua New Guinea Kina (PGK) and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. GST of 10% is applied to all taxable supplies.

Hardware: Hardware prices are set at the Starlink website retail price, GST exclusive. Lightspeed is not responsible for damage caused by improper use or environmental conditions after installation.

Price Variation: Prices may change due to currency fluctuations, SpaceX pricing revisions, or changes in taxes, levies, or regulatory costs. Lightspeed will endeavour to provide a minimum of thirty (30) days' written notice before any price change takes effect.
